Educational process

In execution of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-80 of May 24, 2024 “On Enhancing the Responsibility of Justice Bodies and Institutions and Forming a Compact Management System within the Framework of Administrative Reforms,” and with the aim of introducing a modern system of continuous professional development for employees of justice bodies and institutions, specialists in legal services, advocacy, notaries, mediation, intellectual property, forensic expertise, archival affairs and office management, and other fields, as well as improving their training taking into account international experience and modern educational standards, Resolution No. 171 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan established the Training Institute for Lawyers under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan. ...

Education programs

Employees sent to the Institute for training are divided into groups according to their professional field. The duration and schedules of training are determined based on agreed-upon distribution plans approved according to jurisdiction.
The transportation of employees sent for training to the Institute is carried out by the relevant organizations based on distribution plans. The Institute's curricula are developed in accordance with state requirements for the retraining and advanced training of legal personnel
