On the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the 11th National Forum on the Rule of Law was held in Dushanbe.

The main objective of the forum was to unite representatives of the CIS member states within a single dialogue platform, promote the exchange of experiences, discuss best practices in legal reforms and further strengthen regional cooperation in the field of justice and the rule of law.

Director Yesemurat Kanyazov delivered an opening address at the forum and took part in the first session on the topic “Access to justice as a constitutional guarantee for the protection of human rights.”

He also presented a report entitled “Civil Law in the context of digitalization: digital property, smart Contracts and electronic evidence.”

During the event, representatives of the justice systems of CIS countries exchanged views and experiences, discussing ways to enhance cooperation in ensuring the rule of law and advancing the digitalization of legal systems.
