On the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the adoption of the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a spiritual and educational event was held at the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Legal Personnel under the slogan “One Homeland, One Nation, One Flag!”.

The event was opened by the First Deputy Director of the Institute, Mr. R. Khursanov. Rustam Kholmuratovich spoke about the historical and spiritual significance of our flag and its role as a symbol of national unity and the independence of our country.

During the event, lectures were delivered on the following topics:

• “Flags of Uzbekistan: From History to the Present”

• “Regulations on the Use of Symbols Featuring the State Flag”

• “Legislation on the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Liability for Its Violation”

• “International Practices in the Use of State Flags”

At the end of the event, engaging intellectual games dedicated to the State Flag were organized.

Participants received comprehensive information about the history, spiritual value, and legal foundations of the State Flag — a symbol of the Motherland. In addition, active participants were awarded certificates and letters of appreciation from the Director of the Institute.
