Legal consultant


The main tasks of the legal consultant are:

 

  • organization of ensuring the rule of law and legality in the law enforcement activities of the Institute;
  •  
  • implementation of control over the compliance of draft normative legal acts and other documents developed (adopted) by the Institute with the legislation;
  •  
  • participation in the Institute's legislative activity, coordination of the work of its structures on issues of preparing proposals for improving legislation;
  •  
  • increasing the legal culture and legal literacy of the Institute's employees, conveying to them the essence and significance of adopted regulatory legal acts, including through modern information and communication technologies;
  •  
  • Conducting contractual-legal and claim proceedings, ensuring reliable protection of the property and other interests of the Institute;
  •  
  • Conducting an examination of draft orders, decrees, contracts, and other documents of a legal nature submitted to the Institute's management for their compliance with the legislation and, in the absence of comments and suggestions on them, their endorsement;
  •  
  • to develop, independently or jointly with other structures, orders of the Director of the Institute, contracts and other documents of a legal nature, to make amendments and additions to them, as well as to prepare proposals for recognizing them as invalid;
  •  
  • participate in ensuring compliance with labor legislation in the Institute, including in the development of legal documents regulating labor relations (labor contract, collective agreement, collective agreement, etc.), verify the compliance of the drafts of these documents with the legislation and issue a legal opinion;
  •  
  • to provide legal assistance in the exercise of the powers of the trade union and other representative body of employees of the Institute;
  •  
  • control over compliance with the established procedure for concluding, executing, amending and terminating contracts;
  •  
  • participate in the preparation of applications to protect the interests of the Institute and the consideration of applications filed against the Institute, monitor compliance with the procedure for filing and considering applications in the activities of the Institute;
  •  
  • participate in the consideration of applications, proposals, and complaints indicating violations of the law;
