In accordance with Resolution No. 171 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 19, 2025, “On measures for organizing the activities of the Training Institute for Lawyers under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan” the Institute carries out international cooperation based on its approved Charter.
Main areas of the department's activity:
- Cooperating with international organizations;
- Collaborating with foreign educational institutions specialized in retraining legal professionals;
- Working with international projects and grants.
International relations of the Institute:
The Institute develops international cooperation in the field of retraining and advanced training of legal personnel, concludes agreements with foreign partners, and establishes the exchange of scientific information with relevant international organizations on a mutually beneficial basis in accordance with the established procedures. It also carries out international relations in line with legislative acts.
The Institute's international cooperation activities are enhanced through signing memorandums and cooperation agreements with leading advanced training centers and research institutions, implementing joint programs, inviting foreign scholars, lecturers, and experts to conduct training sessions, master classes, and knowledge exchanges. The Institute also organizes internships and advanced training for faculty, staff, and trainees at leading foreign educational and research institutions, arranges participation in international scientific and practical events on current legal issues, and hosts international conferences, seminars, and joint scientific research.
