At the international scientific and practical conference "Topical Issues of Legal Science and Law Enforcement Practice" held at the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Zafarjon Rakhmonov, a senior lecturer at theTraining  Institute for Lawyers, presented a report on "Issues of Applying a Unified Approach in Legal Science and Law Enforcement Practice."

The report highlighted:

▪️ The necessity of uniform interpretation and application of legal norms,

▪️ Formation of a unified approach in judicial practice,

▪️ Strengthening cooperation between science and practice,

▪️ Ensuring methodological unity in legal education,

▪️ Proposals and initiatives were also put forward, such as the introduction of a "Unified Approach Index."

This conference served as an important scientific and practical platform for achieving a unified approach in legal science and practice.
