Republic of Kazakhstan, organized by the Regional Program of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) as part of the "Development of the Rule of Law in Central Asia" initiative. The conference is titled "Administrative Law and Process: Current State and Future Challenges." 

The director of the Center for Advanced Training of Lawyers, Kanyazov Yesemurat Sultamuratovich, is participating in the event. The goal of the conference is to summarize the results of the project "Development of the Rule of Law in Central Asia," ensure the sustainability of the project's outcomes, and facilitate discussions on the development of administrative law in Central Asian countries.

Participants include civil servants, judges, scholars, and international experts from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and other countries. During the sessions, issues related to the development of the rule of law in Central Asian countries, current trends in administrative procedures, international experience in administrative law, and certain problematic aspects of applying administrative law norms will be discussed.
