Marketing and customer relations department


The main tasks of the Department of Marketing and Customer Relations are:

 

  • establishing contact with clients who have expressed a desire to study on retraining and advanced training courses;
  •  
  • Conclusion of contracts with trainees who come for retraining and advanced training;
  •  
  • creating the opportunity for clients to independently choose forms of training based on professional needs;
  •  
  • preparation and coordination with customer organizations of draft distribution plans indicating the timing, format and direction of advanced training courses for students;
  •  
  • implementation of marketing activities for educational services related to retraining and advanced training.
