Selection Stage of the “Most Active Young Employee of the Year” Competition Held

The Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Legal Personnel held the selection stage of the “Most Active Young Employee of the Year” competition among its young staff members.

The main objective of the competition is to identify proactive, highly capable, and professionally skilled young employees, support their development, and provide appropriate recognition for their achievements.

A total of six young employees participated in the competition and demonstrated their knowledge and potential through the following stages:
Stage 1 – “About Me” presentation;
Stage 2 – “Initiative and Activity” challenge;
Stage 3 – Legal problem-solving (case study).

Participants’ performances were evaluated fairly and transparently by the jury based on established assessment criteria. According to the final results, the highest-scoring participants were declared winners and awarded diplomas, commemorative gifts, and one-time financial incentives.

In addition, F. Yusupova, Associate Professor of the Center for Pedagogy, who achieved the highest score in the competition, earned the right to represent the Institute at the republican stage of the contest.

The competition serves to support the professional and personal development of young employees, encourage their initiatives, and foster a healthy competitive environment within the Institute.
