At the regular meeting of the Scientific Council under the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shohjahon Jumayev, a doctoral researcher of the Academy, successfully defended his dissertation entitled "Prosecutorial Inspections of Law Enforcement: Theory and Practice", prepared in the specialty 12.00.07 – Judicial Authority. Prosecutorial Supervision. Organization of Law Enforcement Activities. Advocacy, in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law.
The research developed theoretical concepts and practical recommendations aimed at improving the conduct of prosecutorial inspections over the implementation of laws.
Following the defense, the members of the Scientific Council found the researcher worthy of being awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law.
